This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the standards for using Wavee Pets ("the Platform"). By accessing or using Wavee Pets, you agree to comply with this Policy in addition to our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and applicable local laws.

This Policy applies to all users of Wavee Pets, including pet owners, businesses, guests, and partners.

🚫 Prohibited Conduct

You must not use Wavee Pets to:

  • Violate any laws, including those related to data protection, advertising, and animal welfare

  • Upload or share harmful content, such as malware, phishing links, or misleading information

  • Harass, threaten, or abuse others based on identity or personal characteristics

  • Impersonate other individuals, businesses, or veterinary professionals

  • Spam users or post repetitive, unsolicited promotional content

  • Upload explicit, violent, or disturbing content unsuitable for a community platform

  • Promote or engage in animal cruelty, unethical breeding, or deceptive pet practices

  • Tamper with the platform’s functionality, reverse-engineer the app, or disrupt services

  • Collect or harvest user data without consent or written approval

💼 Business & Advertising Use

Pet businesses using Wavee Pets agree to:

  • Promote only legitimate and licensed services

  • Honour all deals, promotions, and service listings

  • Use in-app advertising responsibly and honestly

  • Avoid uploading low-quality, misleading, or irrelevant promotional content

Wavee Pets reserves the right to remove non-compliant content and restrict access to business tools in the event of misuse.

🐾 Wavee Pets Community Standards

To maintain a positive, pet-loving space, users must not:

  • Share unverified or illegal pet services (e.g. veterinary care or boarding without proper licensing)

  • Post aggressive or judgmental content towards other users or pet owners

  • Promote misinformation related to pet health, nutrition, or behaviour

  • Display or describe any form of animal abuse, mistreatment, or unsafe practices

Wavee Pets is built to foster joy, respect, and education within the pet community.

🔐 Security & Platform Integrity

You may not:

  • Attempt to access or interfere with accounts that aren’t yours

  • Upload harmful code, scripts, bots, or viruses

  • Disable or bypass security measures like verification or encryption

We continuously monitor for threats to maintain a secure, trustworthy platform.

⚠️ Enforcement & Reporting

Violating this Policy may lead to:

  • Content removal

  • Temporary or permanent account suspension

  • Notification to legal authorities if laws are broken

  • Further legal action when necessary
