  • Users may request account or data deletion at any time by contacting: privacy@wavee.pet

  • Upon receiving a deletion request, data will be permanently removed from our active systems within 30 days

  • Backup data may take up to 90 days to be overwritten, during which time it is isolated and secured

🔍 Review & Auditing

  • We conduct biannual reviews of data storage and retention practices

  • Any unnecessary or expired data is flagged and securely deleted

  • All reviews are logged and subject to internal audits for GDPR compliance
